How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collections, select your preferred item, choose your size or request "custom size," and click Add to Cart. Once ready, go to your cart and proceed to checkout.
Can I order an item from a past collection?
In most cases, yes! If it's a made-to-order design, we can usually recreate it. Just share the image or product name with us via WhatsApp or email to confirm availability.
I saw something on your Instagram but can’t find it on the website. Can I still order it?
Yes! Sometimes pieces are posted early or are custom designs. Send us a screenshot on WhatsApp or email, and we’ll get back to you with details and availability.
Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
If your order hasn't gone into production or hasn't been shipped yet, changes may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and request.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide via trusted international couriers like DHL. Shipping charges and timelines vary by destination.
Which shipping partners do you use?
We use TCS for deliveries within Pakistan.
